Dear Jane - what a great and utterly relevant question and thank you for it! May I give an answer in my post upcoming in two or three days time? I am not prevaricating but feel that (I hope) my answer in the post might - maybe - help to shed some light! In the meantime allow me to say a heartfelt thank you for your voice and intensity of purpose in all you write and explain for us. For me, you have 'arrived' like a comet of illumination in your deep investigations into truths, especially of Art and the covert fakery of our human narrative, the distortions of our creative processes and of the real facts behind our cleverly recorded history. Thank you and I will endeavour to answer your insightful question in the next few days!
